Background of the Code of Practice

In autumn 2001, the Energy Advice Providers Group of the Energy Efficiency Partnership for Homes commissioned the first study to evaluate domestic energy advice across all delivery mechanisms and all significant advice providers. The findings of this research lead to the development of the Domestic Energy Efficiency Advice Code of Practice.
